写真掲載についてのご案内 Submission Guidelines

いつも素敵な写真をご提供いただき、ありがとうございます。
皆さまに安心してプロジェクトにご参加いただけるよう、いくつかのルールを設けさせていただいております。

Thank you for always providing wonderful photos.
We have established some rules so that everyone can participate in the project with peace of mind.

1. 写真掲載のルール

当サイトは、三原の魅力を伝えることを目的に、風景やお店、日常のひとコマを掲載しています。
どなたでも自由に直接投稿できるシステムではなく、InstagramのDM等でご連絡いただいた内容を運営者が確認した上で、手動で掲載を行っています。

1. Rules for Publication

This site posts landscapes, shops, and everyday moments to convey the charm of Mihara.
It is not a system where anyone can post directly; the administrator manually reviews and posts the content received via Instagram DM.

2. 権利とマナー

写真の著作権は、撮影者ご本人に帰属します。
ただし、人物の顔がはっきりと写っている場合や、私有地（撮影許可の無い店舗内など）が写っている場合は、必ず権利者の許可を得てからご提供ください。
サイトの趣旨にそぐわない写真や、不適切と判断される写真につきましては、掲載を見送る場合がございます。

2. Rights and Manners

The copyright of the photo belongs to the photographer.
However, if a person's face is clearly visible, or if private property is included, please be sure to obtain permission from the rights holder before submitting.
We may decline to post photos that are deemed inappropriate or do not match the purpose of the site.

3. 写真の取り扱いと活用

ご提供いただいた写真は、当サイト内での掲載のほか、関連SNS（Instagram等）において三原を盛り上げるための広報活動に大切に使用させていただきます。
掲載時には、可能な限り撮影者様のアカウント名やリンクをご紹介いたします。撮影者様の意思を尊重し、丁寧に扱わせていただきます。

3. Handling of Photos

The provided photos will be carefully used for publication on this site, as well as for public relations activities to promote Mihara on related SNS.
When publishing, we will introduce the photographer's account name and link as much as possible. We respect the photographer's intentions and handle them with care.

4. 掲載の取り下げについて

ご自身の写真の掲載取り下げをご希望の場合、または意図せずご自身や権利を持つものが写り込んでおり削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームより該当のURLを添えてご連絡ください。速やかに削除対応をいたします。

4. Requesting Removal

If you wish to have your photo removed, or if you or something you hold the rights to is unintentionally included and you wish to have it deleted, please contact us via the inquiry form with the relevant URL. We will promptly remove it.
